Over the past twenty years, I have helped lead nearly $1 billion in capital projects and public-private partnerships, guiding initiatives from vision to design, construction, operations, and long-term financial sustainability. This work has involved balancing public trust, private collaboration, and disciplined execution—always with people and place at the core.
Throughout my career, I have collaborated with elected officials, staff, partners, and residents across multiple communities in Arizona to build systems and spaces that endure. While each community has its unique character and challenges, all have achieved national recognition for accreditation, accessibility, and excellence in public service. These successes result from aligned teams, clear strategy, and a shared commitment to serving the public well, rather than individual leadership.

Over the past two decades, I’ve overseen more than $750 million in capital projects and public-private partnerships across parks, recreation, and facilities, guiding projects from vision through design, construction, operations, and long-term revenue generation.
My background is rooted in public service. I previously served as Parks and Recreation Director and Interim Assistant Town Manager for the Town of Gilbert, where I led large teams, managed multi-year capital programs, and helped deliver award-winning, community-centered projects. During that time, Gilbert achieved national recognition for accreditation, accessibility, and excellence in public service—milestones made possible by strong teams, community buy-in, and disciplined execution.
